The annual records review will take place on the following dates this fall. You are welcome to attend any one which works for you. The review can include minutes and records through August of 2026.
Monday, October 19 – Saginaw First – sign up for a time between 9 AM and 1 PM
Saturday, October 24 – Flint First – reviews start at 10 AM and will end by noon.
Monday, November 2 – Saginaw First – sign up for a time between 9 AM and 1 PM
Saturday, November 7 – Marlette First – reviews start at 10 AM and will end by noon.
Be sure to bring your Session Minutes and Records books along with a filled out review from.
October 19th and November 2nd events only: If you plan to have your books read at Saginaw-First on October 19th or November 2nd you MUST pre-register. These are being done in 20-minute blocks of individual time with the Stated Clerk.

Registration is not required for the October 24th reading at Flint-First or the November 7th reading at Marlette-First. Both events begin at 10:00am and will be a group event.
Although we strongly encourage you to find a date and location that works for your schedule. If you are not comfortable being in-person or those dates and times don’t work please call or email to make other arrangements, including having your minutes reviewed electronically.
